They were super concise and prompt, answered all of my questions on the process, assisted with paperwork and other requirements, and were always willing to go the extra mile for me. The level of communication was incredible, and I was assisted through every step of the way. Jorge and Melissa made what would be a convoluted process so simple and easy to navigate. I could have not gotten to settlement without them. Cannot recommend highly enough! 10/10!
